Prices
All prices on the CoffeeBeansDelivered website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Coffee is a GST free product but GST is charged where applicable. Products are invoiced and charged in AUD$ at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Shipping charges are extra and will be displayed at the Check-Out prior to payment, according to your delivery address. There are GST charges on shipping.
Prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only and do not necessarily reflect the price of identical items sold by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any time.
Returns
If you receive delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, please do not accept delivery of the item, but advise the courier to return the package to us. Upon receipt of the goods from the courier company, we we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you. If you are unable to return the package to us via the courier, please contact us through the contact form or the “support box/ conversation popup” located in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and we will try to arrange alternative methods for returns. In some cases you may be asked to provide in depth details of the damages and photos of the damaged products before we organise return shipping and exchanges. No refunds are given for incorrect purchases or change of mind. We do not offer an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with the product. However, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we believe they are the best or within the best in the country so if you are not satisfied with our products please contact us using the contact form or the “support box/conversation pop up” located on the right hand bottom of your screen and we will try to resolve the issue to satisfy both parties.
Money back guarantee products
Some promotions/products come under our Money back guarantee in which case, if you are unsatisfied with your delivery or product you must contact support@coffeebeansdelivered.com.au with proof of purchase, photo of your product and a reasonable explanation as to your disatisfaction. The claim must be made within 14 days of purchase and the product must be sent back to us at your expense. Upon receiving the returned goods and assessing the current state, we will then issue a full refund.

Gift Vouchers
CoffeeBeansDelivered Gift vouchers are a unique digital code generated at purchase of gift voucher for the nominated amount. The code allows the customer to redeem the amount off any product on the website.
Gift vouchers will be automatically delivered to the nominated email address once the payment process has been completed. Please make sure that you check and double check your email before your complete the purchase.
Gift Vouchers can be used in full or part payment for any products on the CoffeeBeansDelivered website.
Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date of issue. After that time the remaining amount on the will be deducted from the voucher and will expire.
You can check your remaining amount of the gift voucher by clicking on your My Account.
Your Gift Voucher may be redeemed for products only and may not be exchanged for cash. You cannot return items or refund the amount of the gift voucher to CoffeeBeansDelivered.
Please treat Gift Cards like cash. CoffeeBeansDelivered cannot be held liable for any theft, loss or damage to the voucher and cannot replace or reimburse any amount lost in any case.
Because your name does not appear on the voucher. The Gift Card can be used by you or given to anyone you choose.
The Gift vouchers are sold in set denominations: $30, $60, $100, $150 if you wish to select a price higher than $150 please let us know and we’ll see how we can accommodate your request.
Terms and Conditions for Giveaways
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on the date of announcement and closes when Ryde announces the winner in one of the upcoming videos Early Dec 2023)
Prize: One winner will receive a Flair 58 Electric and 500g of coffee beans, selected by Ryde Jeavons. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants must follow the entry instructions as specified in the giveaway announcement. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by Ryde Jeavons from all eligible entries received. The decision of Ryde Jeavons is final and binding.
Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided with their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Ryde Jeavons reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Privacy: Participants' information will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of Ryde Jeavons. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Liability: Ryde Jeavons is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside their control.
Disqualification: Ryde Jeavons reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the Giveaway: Ryde Jeavons reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or suspend the giveaway should unforeseen circumstances arise.
